Any manuscript accepted for publication in the Yearbook implies the obligation of the author(s) not to have published it elsewhere, not even partially; not to have commitments to other publishing houses/publications for the said manuscript; not to republish it without the consent of the Yearbook editorial office.

The author(s) have the obligation to obtain the publishing rights for all types of illustrations (images, maps, reproductions of some documents) from their rightful owner, respecting the copyright.
